BEL Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is seeking applications from eligible and well-educated candidates for the post of Project Officer-I (Finance). Candidates applying must have an upper age limit of 32 years. There are 01 vacancy opened for BEL Recruitment 2024. Selected candidates will be provided a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45000 per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50000 per month for the 3rd year, and Rs. 55000 per month for the 4th year. The minimum post-qualification experience for the specified position is 2 years. As mentioned in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2024, chosen candidates will be offered remuneration as per their tenure period. Below are details:
In addition to the above amount, candidates will be paid an extra consolidated amount of Rs. 12000 per year for expenses such as medical insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
Retention Bonus: Project Officer-I who completes an overall tenure of 4 years will be entitled to Retention Bonus of Rs.25,000 for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 4 years i.e. 1,00,000
Chosen aspirants in BEL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for an initial period of three years which may be extended up to a maximum of one year (i.e. maximum tenure of 4 years) based on requirements and individual performance.
Candidates in BEL Recruitment 2024 will be appointed based on the written test. Candidated selected in the written test will be called for the interview round which will be held on the same day as the written test. The assessment weightage will be 85% for the written test and 15% for the interview.
All Candidates who meet the stipulated eligibility criteria shall be called for the written test. Candidates in the ratio of 1:5 based on the performance in the written test shall be called for interview.
In order to apply for BEL Recruitment 2024, applicants will need to pay an application fee of Rs. 472 if they belong to the categories of General/ OBC/ EWS. Whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are exempted from fee payment.
