For Admin Officer-

• Candidates must have done First Class Graduate in any Discipline.

For Manager and Assistant Manager-

• Candidates must have First Class Master’s Degree in Hindi or it’s equivalent from any recognized university with English as a subject at the Degree Level.
• Preference will be given to those having Ph. D. in Hindi.

For Deputy General Manager-

• Candidates must have Two years full time First Class – Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management / Human Resource Management or MBA (with HR as Major) / Post Graduate Diploma / Program in Management in HR / IR / MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR / Personnel Management) from a recognised university /institution Degree in Law will be an add advantage.

Selection Procedure for BEML Recruitment 2023: 

The selected of candidates for BEML Recruitment 2023 is based on assessment process and Pre- Employment Medical examination before joining. The details regarding the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.

For Admin Officers- The Written exam (MCQ Type) to assess the candidates ability in General Intelligence and Aptitude, English Language, Numerical Aptitude and General Awareness.

The test locations will be at Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore & Mumbai (which may be changed if required based on number of candidates).
