Experience –

• The candidate should have at least 15+ years of experience in manufacturing industries with a focus on lean implementation (in large industries). Among the experience is a minimum of 5 years of consultancy-level experience in lean manufacturing.
• The candidate should have work experience in heavy machinery industries, transport systems (railways/ Metro) or complex engineering products, which would be an added advantage.
• Understanding engineering-specific challenges, including supply chain management, equipment maintenance, and process efficiency.
• Proven experience in leading Lean transformations in large-scale Manufacturing operations with an ability to adapt Lean principles to complex engineering processes Expertise in developing customized lean strategies based on the company’s specific processes and needs with abilities in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and a hands-on approach to process improvements. Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency, waste reduction, and lead time improvement.
• Experience in handling large teams & having cross-functional collaboration.
