Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited has released the notification for 25 vacant seats for 2 different posts such as Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer. This notification stated that the opening is on a temporary basis. The age limit for applying to this post is 28 years to 32 years. The consolidated remuneration is between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 55000.
The application fees for the Trainee Engineer, General/ OBC/ EWS category is Rs. 150 plus 18% GST and for Project Engineer, General/OBC/EWS category have to pay Rs 400 plus GST. No charges will be applicable to SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates. The application will be accepted till 29.11.2022, 05:00 PM.
Qualification Required for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2022.
Full-time BE/B.Tech course from a reputed institute/University in the Engineering disciplines of Electronics/ Electronics & Communication /E&T/telecommunications. Candidates from UR/OBC/EWS should have 55% or above marks in BE/ B.Tech & candidates from SC/ST/PwBD should have passing marks in their degrees.

Pay Scale and Tenure for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2022:
Project Engineer- Will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of One year (Maximum tenure of 04 years) based on project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45000 for the 2nd year, Rs. 50000 for 3rd year, and in the event of an extension of the contract Rs. 55000 for 4th year.
Trainee Engineer- Will be engaged for an initial period of 2 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of One year (Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 35000 for the 2nd year, and in the event of an extension of the contract Rs. 40000 for the 3rd year.
Experience Required for Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2022:
Project Engineers 1- Candidates should have minimum two years of post-qualification industry experience.
Trainee Engineers-1: Candidates should have minimum 6 (Six) months of post-qualification industry experience.
Selection Process of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2022
1. First paper will be a written test of 85 marks.
2. Candidates who will be shortlisted will attend an Interview Round. It will be 15 marks.
3. Candidates shortlisted in Written as well as the interview round, the name will be posted on the BEL website.

5. Post qualification experience certificate/s from previous/current employer. Where a current employment certificate has not produced the offer of current employment, the latest pay slip and employee ID proof should be compulsorily attached.
