BHEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is inviting online applications for the post of Lead Consultant on a contract basis. As per the BHEL Recruitment notification, there is only 01 vacancy. The selected candidate will be posted in New Delhi or any other location as decided by the management. The Selected candidate will be appointed for a 06 month of tenure. The candidate will be selected through an interview.

The maximum age limit for this job post is 64 years and 6 months. Candidate meeting the below-mentioned eligibility criteria have to apply online on or before the last date. As per BHEL Recruitment 2023 notification, there is only 01 vacancy for the post of Lead Consultant in the area of Learning & Development of the BHEL Corporate Learning Department.
Candidates applying for the post of Lead Consultant should have full-time BSc Engg./B.E./B.Tech – Engineering in any discipline. Applicant must have done MTech/MBA (HR) and Ph.D. degree.
The candidates must have experience of working for more than 30 years in Schedule A CPSE or in the top 100 companies under the Fortune 500 India list of 2021. Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in L&D Function. Applicant should have led the L&D Function as HOD/ Head L&D.
Candidates above the age of 64 years and 6 months are not eligible to apply for this job post.
The selected candidate for the post of Lead Consultant will get a monthly salary of Rs. 100000.
The candidate will be selected through a personal Interview.
