BHEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is inviting online applications for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, the Chief Executive of the Corporation is responsible to the Board of Directors of the BHEL. There is only 01 vacancy for the given post. The selected candidate will be posted in New Delhi or any other location as decided by the management. The Selected candidate will be appointed for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders.
According to the BHEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, candidate meeting the below-mentioned eligibility criteria have to apply online on or before the last date. The last for filling out the application form is 21.02.2023.

Candidates to be eligible should be above the age of 45 years and the maximum age of 2 years residual service as of the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation (60 years).
The applicant should be an Engineering graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/Post Graduate/ Graduate with MBA/ PGDIM from a leading institute.
The applicant should possess cumulative experience/exposure at the senior level for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Finance/ Business Development/ Production/ Operations/ Marketing in a large organization of repute. Exposure to the Heavy & Medium Engineering/ Electrical Sectors will be desirable.
The selected candidate for the post of Chairman & Managing Director will get a monthly salary between Rs. 200000-370000 (IDA).
The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
As per the BHEL Recruitment 2023 Notification, Candidate meeting the eligibility criteria have to apply online from the BHEL website on or before the last date. The application submission is in two stages. In the first stage, the applicant has to fill in the required details as per the form. Thereafter, a private login on the link “Latest Status” would be created, wherein the applicant would be required to upload the necessary documents.
