Eligibility for BIRAC Recruitment 2022

AGE: Maximum age of 57 years as of the last date of receipt of applications.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: The candidate should be employed in a regular/contractual capacity in one of the following:

Officers of Central Government including Armed Forces of the Union /All India services holding post of Joint Secretary or above (in case of Armed Forces it will be Major General or above.

Duration of Appointment for BIRAC Recruitment 2022

The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining, or upto the date of superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

Pay And Emoluments for BIRAC Recruitment 2022

Pay scale of Rs. 1,80,000-3,20,000/- + other perks (total approximate emoluments Rs.2.75 lakhs to Rs. 5.25 lakhs) for being considered for a Board level post in any CPSE.

Essential Qualification for BIRAC Recruitment 2022

The applicant should be a Graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience for BIRAC Recruitment 2022

a. The Applicant should have at least 15 years of experience in Biotechnology or areas related to the mandate of BIRAC.

b. Experience at a leadership position in a similar scientific, technical or industrial institution/organization or in government would be desirable.
