BMRCL Recruitment 2023: Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) is inviting applications from IRSSE/IRPS officers for the post of Chief General Manager / General Manager / Chief Engineer (Signalling) and Chief General Manager / General Manager (HR) on a deputation basis. As per the BMRCL Recruitment notification, there are 04 vacancies for these posts. Selected candidates will be posted in Bengaluru.
The selected candidate will be appointed on a tenure of three years. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria below should send their duly filled application to the address mentioned below on or before the last date. Chief General Manager / General Manager (HR)- 02
Candidates applying for the post of Chief General Manager/General Manager/Chief Engineer (Signalling) should have a degree in electrical and electronics/Electronics and Communication engineering. Candidate should be in n SAG/HAG or equivalent or higher grade with a proven track record of a minimum of fifteen (15) years of Group ‘A’ service in Railways / Railway PSUs / Modern Metro Rail Systems. Candidates applying for the post of Chief General Manager / General Manager (HR) should have a postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university preferably with MBA (HR) or PG Dip in HR from a reputed institute. Candidate Should be in SAG/HAG or equivalent or higher grade with a proven track record of a minimum of Twenty (20) years of Group ‘A’ service in handling HR Functions in Railways/Railway PSUs/Modern Metro Rail Systems.
Candidate applying for the post of Chief General Manager/General Manager/Chief Engineer (Signalling) should have a minimum 05 years of service experience in design/construction/Operation & Maintenance of Signalling systems/signaling assets involving panel interlocking or route relay or computer-based interlocking (solid state interlocking-SSI) in the Railway signaling system. Persons working in similar fields on Metro the Rail/Suburban Rail system or having international experience in similar fields will be preferred. Candidates applying for the post of Chief General Manager / General Manager (HR) should have a minimum 05 years of experience and knowledge, out of Twenty (20) years in handling personnel/administration/ IR functions at the senior level.
Selected candidates for both posts will get the parent pay plus deputation allowance and other applicable allowances.
