In accordance with BOB recruitment 2023, candidates must have qualified as given below:

1. For Retired Bank Employees–

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.

Experience-

• All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

2. For Young Candidates–

• The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.) however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/BE (IT)/MCA/MBA will be given preference.
• Candidates should be between 21 to 45 years at the appointment time.

Tenure for BOB Recruitment 2023

As per the given notification, this is a contractual engagement. The time period of the given engagement is initially 12 months subject to a performance review of the BC Supervisors every 6 months.

Salary for BOB Recruitment 2023

Selected candidates will get a salary between Rs.15000 to Rs.25000 per month as per the official notification of BOB recruitment 2023.
