BOB Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Acquisition Officers, Regional Acquisition Manager, National Acquisition Head, Head Wealth -Technology, Radiance Private Sales Head, NRI Wealth Products Manager, Product Manager (Trade & Forex), Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance), Product Head-Private Banking, Trade Regulation – Sr Manager, Group Sales Head (Virtual RM Sales Head) and Private Banker-Radiance Private on a contract basis. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 05 years. As per the BOB Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 546 vacancies.

Regional Acquisition Manager
Candidate should have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE preferably 2 Year Full Time MBA/Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Management equivalent, from reputed Colleges.
National Acquisition Head
Candidates should have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE preferably 2 Year Full Time, MBA/Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Management equivalent, from reputed Colleges.
Head Wealth –Technology
Candidates should have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE.
Radiance Private Sales Head
Candidates should have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.

Regional Acquisition Manager
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Acquisitions/Relationship management, of which 2 years as a Team Lead of an Acquisition /Relationship manager’s team.
National Acquisition Head
Candidates should have a Minimum 10 years of experience in managing sales in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/ Investments in the financial service industry and should have managed a large team of Acquisition/Relationship Managers & Team Leads at least for 5 years.
Head Wealth –Technology
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, investment and private banking, out of which a minimum of 8 years of experience in building and managing a technology platform and infrastructure in wealth management set up. Exposure to Digital Sales will be preferred.
Radiance Private Sales Head
Candidates should have Minimum 5 years of experience in product management/channel management/relationship management in any Public/ Private/Foreign Bank. Understanding of processes and systems including Investments, core banking, remittances & forex, etc. for the NRI Segment.
Acquisition Officers
Candidates having preferably 1 year of experience with Public Banks / Private Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Security Firms / Asset Management Companies. Proficiency/knowledge in the local language/area/market/clients is desirable.
