BOB Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor on a contractual basis in the districts of Chebgalpattu, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Vellore, Ranipet, Thirupattur and Chennai in the Chennai Rural Region. There are a total of 04 vacancies for the given post. In accordance with the official notification of BOB recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 65 years. Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 15000. The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months subject to a performance review of the BC Supervisor every 6 months.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The interview’s date, time and venue will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email. According to the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023 the salary is given below:-
Category A- BC Supervisors will be allotted with a minimum of 30 BC Agents which may be increased as per the bank’s discretion.
Category B– BC Supervisors will be allotted with a minimum of 20 BC Agents which may be increased as per the bank’s discretion.
Candidates applying for BOB Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualification.
For Retired Bank Employees-
1- Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
2- Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
3- All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
4- The maximum age for a continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
For Young Candidates-
1- The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office. email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
2- Should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment.
3- The maximum age for a continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
