BOB Recruitment 2023: Bank Of Baroda (BOB) is hiring candidates for Business Correspondent Supervisor in the Puducherry Region. As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age limit required for this post is between 21 – 45 years. There are total of 04 vacancies as per BOB Recruitment 2023.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be hired initially on 12 months period contract. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs. 12000 to Rs. 15000. Interested candidates have to send their duly filled-in application form in an envelope superscribing the Name of Post on the cover prominently through Speed Post to The Regional Manager Bank of Baroda Puducherry Region Regional Office No.7, 2nd Floor, Jai Krishna Plaza, Iyyanar Koil Street, Ellaipillaichavadi, Pondicherry – 605005 before the last date. The last date/time of submission of the duly filled application is 04.03.2023.

As per BOB Recruitment 2023 notification, below mentioned are the qualification requirements for Business Correspondent Supervisor post.
For Retired Bank Employees
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
For Young Candidates
The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 notification, the Required age limits are given below:
For Retired Bank Employees
The maximum age for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
For Young Candidates
Should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment.
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 notification, salary details are given below:
Category A – BC Supervisors will be allotted with a minimum of 30 BC Agents which may be increased as per the bank’s discretion.
Category A candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 15000
Category B – BC Supervisors will be allotted with minimum 20 BC Agents which may be increased as per the bank’s discretion.
Category B candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 12000
As per BOB Recruitment 2023 notification, the contract will be initially for a period of 12 months subject to a performance review of the BC Supervisors every 6 months.
As per the BOB Recruitment 2023 Notification, interested candidates have to send their duly filled-in application form should be sent in an envelope superscribing the Name of Post on the cover prominently through Speed Post to The Regional Manager Bank of Baroda Puducherry Region Regional Office No.7, 2nd Floor, Jai Krishna Plaza, Iyyanar Koil Street, Ellaipillaichavadi, Pondicherry – 605005 before the last date. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date shall be summarily rejected. BOB shall not be responsible for loss/delay in post.
