The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Analytics, out of which 3 years in HR Analytics in large organizations preferably in the BFSI sector.
For Senior Manager HR Analytics:-
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics, out of which 2 years in HR Analytics in large organizations preferably in the BFSI sector.
