According to the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the selection process will be based on an interview by a committee headed by Regional Head. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview. The maximum age for retired bank officers for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years and for other candidates should be the age group of 21-45 years. In accordance with the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the period of engagement is 36 months subject to annual review.
