Tenure for BOB Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2024, the appointment is for a period of period of 12 months. BSVS trust will reserve the right for renewal/non-renewal of the contract based on the performance of the candidate during the contract period.

Qualification for BOB Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given below Qualifications to apply for BOB Recruitment 2024.

FLC Counsellor-

• Candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized University. Preference should be given to having post graduate degree in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social work.
• Candidates must should be well conversant with the local language.
  Candidates should possess flair for teaching and computer knowledge

Attendant-

• Candidates must have a Matric pass.
• Candidates must have the ability to Read and Write the Local Language preferred.

Faculty-

• Candidates must have a Graduation / Post Graduation degree viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development/ MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc.).
• Candidates must have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
• Candidates must have Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have Skills in Typing in the Local Language.
• Candidates must have Typing skills in Hindi / English typing, an added advantage
• Previous experience as a Faculty preferred.

Office Assistant-

• Candidates must have a Graduation degree viz. BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge.
• Candidates must have Knowledge of Basic Accounting as a preferred qualification.
• Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written local language.
• Candidates must have Fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification.
• Candidates must be proficient in MS Office ( Word and Excel), Tally and Internet.
• Candidates must have Skills in typing in the local language. Typing skills in English are an added advantage.

Selection Procedure for BOB Recruitment 2024:
