Boeing is hiring an experienced Knowledge Management Analyst at their Bangalore location. A successful candidate will understand the importance of knowledge management and practices to ensure its effectiveness. This person will also have a vision for the future to enable more self-service in the organization leveraging new capabilities like virtual agent.

What will you be doing:

Audits quality of knowledge content and mentors content creators in knowledge standards

Lead process improvement activities to help grow the IT Knowledge Management Practice within Boeing

Assist with the launch of the ServiceNow Virtual Agent capability

Work with the capability team to drive the knowledge and virtual agent roadmaps

Onboard new groups to the knowledge management practice

Qualifications for this Job:

Strong US English written and conversational ability

Detailed-oriented with the skill and ability to audit and advise on IT Knowledge content

2+ Year experience managing formal IT knowledge within an enterprise knowledge management tools

Working some hours in a US Time zone will be required for team stand ups and collaboration

Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, especially Knowledge Management

Experience with virtual agent technologies

IT Service Management and IT Operations Management process familiarity

5+ Years’ experience working in a large IT environment

Bachelor’s degree or higher
