BOI Recruitment 2023: Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank with its Head office at Mumbai invites applications from qualified candidates for the posts of Credit Officer in the General Banking stream and IT Officer in the Specialist stream. There are a total of 500 vacancies for the given posts. Candidates who have passed Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF). As given in the notification of Bank of India recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 63840. Candidates between the age of 20 to 29 can apply of Bank of India recruitment 2023.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test, GD and personal interview. The final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in Online Examination, Personal Interview and Group discussion. According to the official notification of Bank of India recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of the Bank of India. Candidates in the GENERAL/ EWS/ OBC category must pay Rs. 750 as the application fee and SC/ST/PWD candidates have to pay Rs. 175. The last date for submitting the application form is 25th February 2023.

Persons With Benchmark Disabilities as defined under “The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016- 10 years
Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers (ECOs)/ Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs) who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year from the last date of receipt of application) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or physical disability attributable to military service or invalidment- 5 years
Persons affected by 1984 riots- 5 years

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for Bank of India recruitment 2023-
For Credit Officer in General Banking stream-
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
For IT Officer in Specialist stream-
4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR
A graduate degree in any discipline AND Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR
A Graduate degree in any discipline AND having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test, GD and personal interview. Eligible candidates can download the call letter through the official website of Bank of India.
Exam-
Interview- Bank will conduct the personal interviews of all the selected candidates. Total marks allotted
for Interview will be 60. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
Group Discussion (GD)- Group Discussion will be conducted for the candidates selected through online test at some selected centres. Total marks allotted for Group Discussion will be 40. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
Final Selection- Final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in Online Examination, Personal Interview and Group discussion. The final list will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN.
