Office Assistant:

• The applicants should have knowledge in basic accounting in a preferred qualification.
• The candidates should have fluency in spoken and written local language.
• The candidates should be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally and Internet.

Watchman cum Gardener:

• The candidates should have passed 7th standard.
• The candidates with the ability to read and write local language will be given preference.
• The candidates should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture.
• The candidates should preferably be a residents of the district where the RSETI is located.

Selection Procedure for BOI Recruitment 2024:

The committee will evaluate each candidate’s eligibility for BOI Recruitment 2024 through a written exam and in-person interview.

Tenure for BOI Recruitment 2024:

A contractual arrangement will govern the duration of BOI Recruitment 2024. The following list of terms of appointment is based on the posts:

• The contract period will remain valid for an appropriate period of 03 years subject to an annual review and renewal of the contract by the Director once a year.

FLC Counsellor –

• The candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of one year, renewal may be possible at the Bank’s sole discretion as per extant policies and rules.
