The Qualification for BOI Recruitment 2024 is mentioned below-
For Faculty Member- Candidates must have a Graduation degree in vocational courses/guidance.
For Office Assistant- Candidates must have a Graduation degree with BSW/BA/B.com with computer knowledge.
For FLC Counsellor- Retired bank officers having a background of rural credit and branch exposure can apply.

FLC Counsellor- The maximum age limit is 64 years.
Faculty Member- The minimum age limit is 25 years and the maximum age limit is 64 years.
Office Assistant- The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years.

Faculty Member and Office Assistant-The selected candidate will be engaged on a contract basis for a period of 02 years.
FLC Counsellor- The selected candidate will be engaged on a contract basis for a period of 01 year and renewal is possible at Banks sole discretion.
