The maximum age limit for the post of General Manager (Civil) E7 Grade is 55 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Manager (Business Development & Marketing) E4 Grade is 46 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Safety Officer E0 Grade, System Engineer E0 Grade is 35 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Supervisor (Inspection &Quality Control)- NUS S1 & NUS S2 Gr. and Supervisor (Design & Drawing)- NUS S1 & NUS S2 Gr NUS S1 is 32 years and NUS S2 Gr is 35 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Supervisor (Maintenance) is 32 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Safety Assistant Staff Grade- A, Project Assistant Staff Grade-A, Stores Assistant Staff Grade- A, and Technician Maintenance (Semi-Skilled) is 30 years.
Qualification and Experience for Braithwaite Recruitment 2023:

For Manager (Business Development & Marketing) E4 Grade-
Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience-
Post Qualification Experience of 10 years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.
Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Identifying new markets, conducting research, and customer needs.
Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
Promoting the Company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Should be able to work independently and lead a team of professionals.
For System Engineer E0 Grade-
Degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology.
Experience-
Post Qualification Experience of 5 years Minimum 5 years Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.
Experience in Hardware Maintenance, Networking (LAN & WAN), Firewall & VPN configuration and End User Support.
Experience in Firewall, IT Security, CCTV & Networking Installation and Maintenance, management of IT assets cloud server, on-premises server, storages, e-Office, email, e-procurement operation, Compliances including maintenance of upgrades, patches, and entire back-office support activities.
For Safety Assistant Staff Grade-
Higher Secondary.
Experience-
Post Qualification Experience of a Minimum of Five years experience in any Production/Manufacturing facility with exposure to various Industrial Safety related activities. Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector must.
Experience in Supervisory functions on Shop Floor, maintaining records, and allied functions in assisting Executives.
Experience in maintaining safety standards of workers and workplace and coordination with safety department/safety officer to ensure incident-free workdays.
Working knowledge of Computers in ERP-enabled environments.
