C-DAC Recruitment 2023: Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, is inviting applications (only online) from eligible candidates for the Post of Senior Assistant for the Group B (Level 6) Non-Technical positions to be filled by way of Direct Recruitment for C-DAC Silchar (Reserved for Person with Disability). The selected candidate will be placed at Silchar/Guwahati Assam.

The age of the candidate shall not be below 35 years as of the last date of submission of application as mentioned in advt. (Relaxation according to Govt. Of India instructions).
The minimum essential educational qualifications with experience for the given post shall be as given below:
(a) The eligible candidate shall be a Graduate of any discipline.
(b) He /She should hold a one-year Certificate course in computers.
(c) He /She should hold 11 years of working experience in a relevant field for Graduates & 9 years for post-graduates.
OR
(d) Graduate with 50/100 wpm typing/ shorthand, familiar with computer operations with 3 years relevant experience.
As per the C-DAC Recruitment 2023 notification, on successful clearance of probation, the selected candidate will be employed on contract for a duration of 5 years which shall be renewable based on the satisfactory performance review for further periods of 5 years at a time. On completion of two or more contractual terms covering a minimum of ten consecutive years, the selected candidate shall be considered for regularization based on the merit evaluated through a due process as laid down in the society from time to time, however not beyond the age of superannuation i.e. 60 years.
The selected candidate will be placed at Level 06 at a Basic Pay of Rs. 35400 for the given post.
