Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023: The Commission of Railway Safety, South Eastern Circle, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has sought Applications from the Central Government Officers Eligible for the Post Senior Private Secretary (PS) Post On Deputation in the Office of Commissioner of Railway Safety, South Eastern Circle Kolkata.
According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy under Pay Scale Level 08 (Rs.47600-151100) under General Central Service Group ‘B’ Gazetted Ministerial Post Classification to be filled up by Deputation/Absorption.
The Cadre Controlling Authority/Employer/Head of the Department may forward the Names of the Eligible Central Government Officer willing to volunteer for the Senior Private Secretary Post should apply through Proper Channel. As notified in the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Closing Date for the Eligible Candidates with Willingness to complete the Application Submission in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma is 60th Day from issuance of the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Notification Dated 25th January 2023 (25.01.2023).

According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Officer to be appointed on Deputation shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary hereunder:
Pay Scale: Level 08 (Rs.47600-151100) under the General Central Service Group ‘B’ Gazetted Ministerial Post Classification
Based on the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Maximum Age Limit stipulated in respect of the Applicants as on the Closing Date, as follows:
Age Limit: The Maximum Age Limit for Appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 Years.

By Deputation/Absorption:
The Officer under the Central Government
A.1) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or Department; Or
2) With 02-Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered post-Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600; Or
3) With 06-Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered post-Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300 to 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200; And
B) having Proficiency in English/Hindi Shorthand.
Selection of Suitable Officer on Sr Private Secretary Post shall be carried out by Deputation/Absorption. Post-Selection Eligible Officer Candidate’s Appointment on the Senior Private Secretary Post to be accorded shall be on Deputation under Pay Scale Level 08.
As has been notified in the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Deputation Tenure including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in Similar or some other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 03 (Three) Years.
According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Cadre Controlling Authority should forward the Names of the Volunteer Officer Candidates following the Instructions:
