Who Can Apply?

Those candidates can apply for this job who have completed their B.Com, M.Com, CA or MBA with at least 60% marks. Another requirement is candidate should be able to speak and write properly in English and Malayalam. Both freshers and those with two or more years of experience are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do in This Role:

• Credit Appraisal: Reviewing loan applications and helping to make good decisions by checking financial details properly.
• Document Handling: Collecting and checking important documents like loan forms, agreements and guarantee papers.
• Customer Interaction: Talking with customers on phone or meeting them in person to understand their needs and providing them best possible financial solutions.
• Objection Handling: Clearing the doubts of customers and guiding them through the loan process.
• Maintain Process Efficiently: Making sure things move fast and correctly by following timelines and improving the process where needed.
