Macquarie Group is hiring an experienced Credit Analyst at their Gurugram location. You will collaborate with a team of analysts, senior approvers, and senior business stakeholders to approve annual and interim reviews. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct initial reviews for new relationships. You will be involved in providing recommendations for credit limits, supported by thorough analysis and well-executed interpretation of relevant financial, industry, country, business, and market information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 2 years of post-MBA/CA qualification, ideally in a credit analysis role, with solid ability to understand risk, interpret financial statements and navigate commercial outcomes.
• Relevant professional qualification like CFA or FRM and have familiarity with analysis of energy and natural resources (power and gas) entities will be a plus, but not necessary.
• Passionate, driven, independent and have a growth mindset with a desire to learn.
• A good commaunicator, have strong numerical and analytical skills, love working with multiple stakeholders and can work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
