CBSE is recruiting qualified applicants to fill up 118 vacancies for the roles of Assistant Secretary, Accounts Officer, Junior Engineer, Junior Translation, Accountant and Junior Accountant.

Post Name and Vacancies for CBSE Recruitment 2024:

As stated in the official notification of CBSE Recruitment 2024, the vacancies are open for the positions of Assistant Secretary, Accounts Officer, Junior Engineer, Junior Translation, Accountant and Junior Accountant. For the above-mentioned positions, there are 118 vacant seats.

Salary for CBSE Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidate for CBSE Recruitment 2024 will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-

For Junior Accountant-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Pay Level-2.

For Accountant-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Pay Level-4.

For Junior Translation Officer and Junior Engineer-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Pay Level-6.

For Accounts Officer and Assistant Secretary-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary in level 10.

Age Limit for CBSE Recruitment 2024:

The age restrictions for CBSE Recruitment 2024 is given below-

For Assistant Secretary (Administration) and Accounts Officer-

• The maximum age limit is 35 years.

For Assistant Secretary (Academics), Assistant Secretary (Skill Education), Assistant Secretary (Training), Junior Translation Officer and Accountant-

• The maximum age limit is 30 years.

For Junior Accountant-

• The maximum age limit is 27 years.

For Junior Engineer-

• The maximum age limit is 32 years.

Qualification for CBSE Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to apply for CBSE Recruitment 2024.

Assistant Secretary (Administration)-

• The applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.

Assistant Secretary (Academics)-

• The applicant must have Post Graduation Degree in the relevant subjects/areas from a recognized University/Institute.
• The applicant must have B. Ed. degree from a recognized university/institute.
• The applicant must have NET/SLET or equivalent or Doctorate Degree.

Assistant Secretary (Skill Education)-

• The applicant must have Post Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

Assistant Secretary (Training)-

• The applicant must have Post Graduation Degree in the relevant subjects/areas from a recognized
  University/Institute.
• The applicant must have B. Ed. degree from a recognized university/institute.
• The applicant must have NET/SLET or equivalent or Doctorate Degree.

Accounts Officer-

• The applicant must have Bachelor’s degree of a recognised University/ Institution with Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject. OR Bachelor’s degree of a recognised University/Institution and having SAS/JAO(C) examination conducted by any Account/Audit Services/Department of the Central/State Govt. OR Post Graduate of a recognised University/Institution with Economics/ Commerce / Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject. OR M.B.A. (Finance)/Chartered Accountant/ICWA

Junior Engineer-

• The applicant must have B. E. / B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from a university/ institution recognized from AICTE.

Accountant–

• The applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution with Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject AND A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer

Junior Accountant-

• The applicant must have passed 12th Class from a recognized Board/University/Institution with Accountancy/Business Studies/ Economics/ Commerce/ Entrepreneurship/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Taxation/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject. AND A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer

Junior Translation Officer-

• The applicant must have Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level OR Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level. OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at Bachelor Degree Level. AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or three years’ experience in of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in a Central or State Govt. Office, including Govt. of India undertaking.

Selection Procedure for CBSE Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of CBSE Recruitment 2024, candidates will be selected on the basis of Exam and Interview.
