Central Bank of India 2022 Recruitment: Check Post, Eligibility, How to Apply, and Other Details
Central Bank of India Recruitment 2022: Central Bank of India has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Director, Faculty and Office Assistant for RSETIs (Rural Self Employment Training Institutes), Tinsukia on a contract basis for 1 (One) year. There are a total of 04 vacancies for the Post including 1 vacancy for Director, 1 vacancy for the Faculty and 2 vacancies for the Office Assistant. There is no application fee prescribed. As per the Central Bank Recruitment 2022 Notification, the selection process of given posts will be based on interviews i.e. the eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview and the decision of the Society or Trust in this regard shall be final.
Eligible candidates have to submit their applications in the prescribed format given in the Central Bank Recruitment 2022 Notification. The application should be sent to the Regional Head, Central Bank of India, Upper Assam Region, Chandra Bhavan, Nehru Park Road, Jorhat-785001 (Assam) address in a closed envelope super scribing “Application for the post of Recruitment of RSETI Director/ Faculty/Office Assistant at Tinsukia on contract basis” on the envelope itself. Further, it is informed that you may submit applications in the Regional office by hand also.
The last date for receipt of the application is 31/12/2022. No applications shall be entertained beyond the stipulated date. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Name of Posts, and No. of Vacancies as per the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2022 will be as given below:
Director – 1 Vacancy
Faculty – 1 Vacancy
Office Assistant – 2 Vacancy
For Director:
The age of the candidate selected for the post of Director shall not be above 65 years with sound health.
For Faculty:
The age of the candidate selected for the post of Faculty shall not be above 40 years with sound health.
The desirable age shall be between 22-40 years.
For Office Assistant:
The age of the candidate selected for the post of Office Assistant shall not be above 35 years with sound health.
For Director:
Essential:
i) Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University
Desirable:
Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture officers converted to Mainstream banking/Lead District managers and Faculty leaders/ Faculty members of Training Centres/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
Experience:
Essential:
i) Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
ii) He/She should have worked as a Branch Manager on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years.
iii) He/She should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
iv) Should be well conversant with the local language.
v) Should have retired from scale III or above.
vi) Should be a resident of Maharashtra State.
For Faculty:
Essential:
(i) Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.
(ii) Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
Desirable:
** Retd. Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty, Rural
Development with the qualifications stated above will get preference.
Experience:
Essential:
1. Should be well conversant with the local language.
2. Should be a resident of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI center.
For Office Assistant:
Essential:
1. Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
Experience:
Knowledge of basic accounts & bookkeeping.
Experience:
1. Should be well conversant with the local language.
2. Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI center.
In the case of the Director:
The contract amount shall be fixed as the last pay and allowances drawn by the officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 25,000 per month, whichever is lower
In the case of Faculty:
The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs. 20000 per month. No other allowance /benefit /payment /facility will be admissible.
In the case of Office Assistants:
The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs. 12000 per month. No other allowance /benefit /payment /facility will be admissible.
The selected candidates shall be appointed on a Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal of contract may be considered at the sole discretion of Society/Trust and subject to satisfactory performance.
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society/Trust/ Bank in this regard shall be final.
