2. B.H.Ed., a course prescribed by NCTE, from a recognized university/ institution.
3. B.Ed. in Hindi a course prescribed by NCTE, from a Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras.
4. B.Ed from any NCTE Recognized institution. OR

• The candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with a minimum 45% marks in aggregate for SEBC/SC/ST/PwD/Sportsperson/Ex-Servicemen candidates and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for candidates other than SEBC/SC/ST/PwD/Sportsperson/Ex-Servicemen candidates with one of the following qualifications:

1. Rastrabhasa Ratna from Rastrabhasa Prachar Samiti, Wardha.
2. Shastri (Hindi) from Odisha Rastrabhasa Parishad, Puri
3. Snataka(Acquired by June-2005, the date upto which the temporary recognition has been granted) from Hindi Shiksha Samiti, Odisha, Cuttack. And

One of the following Training qualifications-
