In accordance with the official notification of Central Bank of India recruitment 2023, application are invited for the posts of Counselor/In-charge FLCC, Faculty and Office Assistant.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year.

Renewal may be possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules.

Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Central Bank of India recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Counselor and Faculty– The maximum age limit is 65 years.

For Office Assistant- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For Counselor- The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to last pay and allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 15,000 p.m. whichever is lower Further a lump sum amount of Rs. 500 p.m. shall be paid towards Mobile, Conveyance etc.

However, the condition of “Last Pay & Allowance drawn by the Officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc.” will be applicable only to the pension co-opted retired bank official of a Nationalized Bank and in case of non-pensioner, the candidate will be eligible only for Rs. 15,000 p.m. together with lump sum amount of Rs. 500 towards Mobile, Conveyance etc. Please note that no other benefits or charges shall accrue or be payable.

For Faculty-

The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.20000 per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

For Office Assistant-

The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.12000 per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be  admissible.

Qualification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications.

For Counselor- 

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.

Desirable– Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

For Faculty-

• Post-graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.
• Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.

Desirable– Retired Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.

For Office Assistant-

• Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.

Desirable– Knowledge in basic accounts and book keeping.

Selection Procedure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:
