For Faculty-

• The candidate should have a Graduate/BSc (Agri/Veterinary/Horticulture/Agri Marketing) BA with a B.Ed./ Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology etc.
• The candidate should have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills in the local language is essential, fluency in English and Hindi with typing will be an added advantage.
• Essential-
• The candidate should be well conversant with the local language.
• The candidate should be a resident of the same State, preferably in the same or nearby district/residing at the headquarters of the RSETI centre.

For FLC Counsellor-

• The candidates should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a UGC-recognized University.

Desirable-

• The officer with a Rural Development Background I.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream banking /Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers / Colleges with Specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Essential–

• Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in the Officers Cadre.
• Candidate should have worked as branch manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
• Candidate should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Candidate should be well conversant with the local language.
• The candidate should have retired from Scale II and Above.
• Candidate should be a resident of the M.P State, preferably same or nearby district.
