Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

• The maximum age limit is less than 65 years to apply for an FLC Counselor.

Qualification and Experience for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualification and experience for applying to Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 as described below-

For FLC Counsellor-

• The candidates should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a UGC-recognized University.

Desirable-

• The officer with a Rural Development Background I.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream banking /Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers / Colleges with Specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Essential–

• Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in the Officers Cadre.
• Candidate should have worked as branch manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.
• Candidate should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Candidate should be well conversant with the local language.
• The candidate should have retired from Scale II and Above.
• Candidate should be a resident of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district i.e.  Kushinagarm /Deoria/ Gorakhpur /Maharajganj.

For Attendant-

• The candidate should be an 08th Standard passed.
• The candidate should have the ability to read and write the local language preferred.

Essential-

• The candidates should be residents of Dist. Kushinagar U.P.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as given below-

• The selected candidates for FLC Counselor will be given a monthly salary of Rs.15000.
• The selected candidates for Attendant will be given a monthly salary of Rs.8000.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The engagement is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 01 year. Renewal may be possible at the Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules.

Selection Process for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 on the basis of a personal interview. The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society/Trust in this regard will be final.
