Experience–

• The candidate should have a minimum 20 years of relevant work experience in Ship design engineering/ CAD/CAM/ Technical management/ Project Management/ Operations. Candidate should have experience in leading a team. In case of retired PSU executives, they should have superannuated in the pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000- 2,60,000 (E7) and above or equivalent level in case of officers retired from Central/State Government / Indian Navy/Army/Air Force and Indian Coast Guard.

Desirable–

• Knowledge of areas like technical ship design/ Technical specifications and awareness about the latest developments in Engineering drawings, machinery, equipments, gadgets etc. in Ship Building technology, designs and product innovations will be preferred.

Tenure for Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2024, the engagement will be initially for a period of 01 year. The tenure could be extended by a further period of 01 year each or part thereof until the Person attains 65 years of age, depending upon the requirement of the Company and the performance of the Person engaged.
