Central Govt Establishes ROC Officers Across India Under LLP Act, 2008 The Central Government, under the powers granted by sub-sections (1) and (2) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 (6 of 2009), has established 10 Registrar of Companies (ROC) offices across different locations in India.
