Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2024: The Chennai Metro Rail (CMRL) is inviting interested and engrossed candidates for the post of General Manager (Tracks). The official notification of the Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2024 states that, there is 01 vacancy opened for the mentioned position. The candidates selected for the mentioned opportunity will draw equivalent cadre IDA pay scale in CMRL with IDA, HRA and Cafeteria Allowance (20% of Basic Pay). The candidates applying for the mentioned opportunity shall not exceed the age of 55 years. The applicants must have a B.E/ B.Tech Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University, approved by AICTE/ UGC. The candidates applying for the above-stated position should have experience in major Rail Road Construction/ Maintenance Projects/ Metro and Railway Projects with hands-on experience in track alignment and laying, welding of rail joints by mobile flash welding and placing of points and crossings.
In accordance with the official announcement of the Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2024, The tenure of the appointment will be totally based on a Deputation. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 03 years and may be extended further. To draw equivalent cadre IDA pay scale in CMRL with IDA, HRA and Cafeteria Allowance (20% of Basic Pay).
The maximum age limit for applying for the Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2024, should not be more than the age of 55 years.
The tenure for the Chennai Metro Rail Recruitment 2024, will be on a deputation basis for an initial period of 03 years, which may be extended further upto a period of 05 years.
