CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024: The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET) – National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Academic Consultant, Bilingual Translator and Junior Project Fellow (JPF). As stated in the official notification of CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024, there are 30 vacancies available for the mentioned opportunities. The educational qualification is described below as per the posts. The applicants must have relevant years of experience in their appropriate fields. The applicants selected for the post of Academic Consultant will get a monthly salary of Rs.60000, the monthly salary for a Bilingual Translator is 30000 and the monthly salary for a Junior Project Fellow will be Rs.31000 (for NET) and Rs.29000 (for Non-NET).
In accordance with the official announcement of CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews conducted by the committee. No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview process. The appointment will remain valid upto 31st March 2025. In accordance with the official notification of CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024, the candidates should bring along with them their written and/or published work, if any, (including their artwork, Multimedia, Graphics, Animation, Audio/ Videos Advertisement/ Promos, Books, Journals, Thesis/ Dissertation Magazines, etc). The above-stated posts will be purely on a temporary basis.

Qualification and Experience Required for CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024:
The educational qualification and experience required for applying for CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024 are listed below according to the posts:
Academic Consultant:
The candidates should have a Post-graduation in relevant subjects from a recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
NET/ SET/ SLET Qualified OR exempted from NET as per UGC regulations for Assistant Professor at entry level.
Desirable:
The candidates must have a PhD in a relevant subject.
Good Communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of Research Methodology – Development of research tools, collection and analysis of data, report writing etc.
Proficient in ET/ ICT skills.
Experience:
The candidates must have at least 03 years of experience working as an academic expert in relevant subject, eContent development/ online course development and management, Teaching relevant subjects at the level of teacher education/ Research in relevant subjects/ educational projects at national/ state level in the education sector and experience in Data Handling/ Analysis, Report writing etc.
Bilingual Translator:
The candidates should have a Master’s degree in any language mentioned in the official notification.
English as a subject at the Graduation Level.
Good typing skills in the respective language.
Desirable:
The candidates should have proficiency in both English and the target language. Vice versa for the applicant for English.
M.Phil/ Ph.D in specific language.
A degree in Education (M.Ed./M.A. Education) from a recognised University.
At least 2 years of experience working as a translator in educational projects at the national/state level in the education sector.
Junior Project Fellow (JPF):
The candidates should have a Master’s degree from a recognized University/ Institute in a relevant or allied subject with 55% marks or equivalent Grade.
Desirable:
The candidates should have a Diploma in any one Schedule VIII language or as a subject at the graduation level.
Knowledge of Research Methodology – Development of research tools, collection and analysis of data, report writing etc.
Good command of English and Hindi for oral and written communication; good interpersonal skills, proficiency in working with computers – word processing, spreadsheet, presentation etc.

The CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024 will conduct an interview to select the applicable candidates for the positions mentioned above.

The candidates have to visit the interview venue with copies of original certificates and testimonials for verification. Latecomers will not be entertained by the committee.
According to the official notification of CIET-NCERT Recruitment 2024, interested and eligible candidates may directly appear for the interview conducted by the committee on 10.05.2024, 11.05.2024 and 13.05.2024 according to the posts. The candidates must appear on or before the reporting time at the interview venue. The candidates must bring all the relevant documents along with them at the interview venue as asked by the committee.
