Cisco is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Senior QA Engineer – Hardware and Enterprise System Testing, BMC Server Validation (9 yrs to 12 yrs) at their Bangalore, Karnataka, India location.

Role and Responsibilities:

• 9-12 years of overall proven track record.
• Having experience of mentoring 3 to 5 people team.
• Hands-on experience in the validation of Server BMC.
• Zound knowledge in CPU/memory/PCI subsystems.
• Strong understanding of Intel/AMD server platforms, NVMe and Nvidia /AMD based GPUs.
• Good expertise in System Architecture and Operating Systems concepts.
• Proven understanding of third-party adopters and configuration utilities.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Linux and Windows OS
• Proficient in automation scripting. Experience in Scripting Languages like TCL, Expect, Python preferred.
• Highly desirable competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work multi-functionally.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership, good standout colleague.
• should be able to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal managerial guidance.
• Be open to continuous learning and committed to ongoing self-improvement.
• Strong passion and experience in troubleshooting, debugging sophisticated systems and possess excellent problem-solving techniques
• Experience in setting up sophisticated customer-like configurations

Our Minimum Qualification for this Role

• You have Bachelors in a technical field (CS/EE preferred)
• 9+ years of experience in validation of server platform and Server mgmt. software and Enterprise system test
• Experience with Enterprise system test like CPU Performance test, Storage Performance and Integrity Testing, Failover and Redundancy Tests,
• Full Load and Stress Testing, Network Performance Testing
• Our preferred Qualification for this Role:
• High level of understanding AI compute Server architecture.
