Roles and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to business managers and teams.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Knowledge to work in SAP systems to raise Purchase requisitions

Salesforce Management:

• Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems using Salesforce.
• Assist in tracking sales performance, customer interactions, and leads management.

Data Analysis:

• Analyse data from various sales force, Power BI to generate reports and insights that support decision-making.
• Utilize tools and software (like Excel, Tableau) in addition to Salesforce for in-depth data evaluations.

Communication:

• Liaise between departments to facilitate smooth communication and operational flow.
• Prepare presentations and materials for various stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Salesforce Proficiency:
• Familiarity with Salesforce functionalities, including lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and reporting tools.

Data Analytics:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Experience with analytical tools and software (Excel, power BI or Tableau) is advantageous.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Organizational Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.

Educational Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred.
