As per the official notification of CISF recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the post of Constables/Drivers and Constables/Driver-cum-Pump-Operator. There are a total of 451 vacancies for the given post.

Age Limit for CISF Recruitment 2023:

Candidates between the age of 21 to 27 can apply for the given post:

• The upper age limit is also relaxable to Government Servants including serving CISF personnel in the rank of Constable (GD), Constable (Fire) and Constable (Tradesmen), upto 40 years in the case of General and OBC candidates and 45 years in the case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, provided they have rendered minimum 03 years continuous service, completed their probation period satisfactorily, maintained a punishment free record and have minimum annual grading of above “Average” during the entire service.
• An upper Age limit of upto 5 years is also relaxable further to the children and dependents of victims KILLED in the 1984 riots and communal riots of 2002 in Gujarat.

Pay Scale for CISF Recruitment 2023:

As given in the notification of CISF recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 21700 to Rs. 69100.

Qualification for CISF Recruitment 2023:

The candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. Educational certificates other than State Board/Central Board should be accompanied by a Government of India notification declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric / 10th class pass for service under Central Government.

The candidate should have a valid driving license in the following type of vehicles-
1- Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle (HMV/TV).
2- Light Motor Vehicle.
3- Motorcycle with gear.

Experience– 03 years experience of driving Heavy Motor Vehicles or Transport Vehicle or Light Motor Vehicles and Motor Cycle.

Selection Procedure for CISF Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Documentation, Trade Test, Written Examination under OMR Based/ Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and Medical Examination. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the website for the updates on examination process and download Admit Cards for each stage of exam.
