History Sample Question Paper Pattern:

The question paper is divided into five sections: A, B, C, D, and E. The question paper contains 34 questions. All questions are required.

Section A Consists of 21 MCQs carrying one mark each.

Section B – Questions 22 – 27 are Short Answer Type Questions with three marks each. Each question should be answered in no more than 60-80 words.

Section C – Questions 28-30 are Long Answer Type Questions carrying 8 marks each. Each question should be answered in no more than 300-350 words.

Section D – Questions 31 to 33 are source-based questions with three sub-questions each carrying four marks.

Section-E – Question No. 34 is a map-based question with 5 marks.
