CLAT 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the revised syllabus for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) Exam 2025 to be held on December 01, 2024. The exam will questions related to the English Language, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. CLAT exam is a national-level entrance exam organised to admit students into the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programmes in Indian Universities. There will be 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in the CLAT Exam 2025 which will be held for the duration of two hours. Every question in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) Exam 2025 will hold the weightage of one mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted in case of a wrong attempt.
The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has recently released an official notice for students to make them aware of certain websites/blogs/social media platforms posting false and unauthorised news regarding the CLAT admission process and admit card. However, the Consortium of NLUs has not announced the release date for the CLAT 2025 Admit Card yet. Hence, students are advised not to trust any shot of third-party applications or websites to gain knowledge on the CLAT 2025 Exam or Admit Card, only use the official website www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in for any updates regarding the admissions process, admit card and examination. As per the official notice, any instructions related to the admit card will be officially disclosed on or after November 15th, 2024.

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has published various preparatory study materials for the candiates who have this year registered for the CLAT 2025, such as Guides to the question paper and sample questions, Model question papers and Instructional materials and exercises for each of the subjects that the UG-CLAT 2025 comprises.
Consortium of NLAs will also provide candidates who have registered for the CLAT 2025 with a learning platform, where they will able to access the preparatory study materials listed above. At the portal candidates will be given various tasks, tests, and exercises to test their capability. Each exercise will show the scores of the candidates which will provide them motivation to work harder. The authority will also organise some set online sessions for these candidates in which subject experts will guide students with the best way to prepare for each section included in CLAT 2025.
Candidates are advised to read textual content the most, this will develop reading and understanding capabilities in students. In the case of current affairs section, candidates are advised to read quality newspapers and periodicals regularly and also improve their speed of answering questions on quantitative techniques by practising through the study material such as the class 10th mathematics textbook.
