CMRL Recruitment 2023: Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) is inviting applications from officials of Indian Railway/Central/State PSUs for the post of Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager in System & Database Admin/Software Development on the basis of deputation. There are 2 vacancies for mentioned posts. According to the official notification, the initial period of deputation will be for 3 years, but may it will be extended up to 5 years. For Deputy Manager in System & Database Admin / Software Development – Employees working in central government /Equivalent in Other PSU’s holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department with 10 years of regular service in Pay matrix 47600- 96900 (Pre-revised 9300 – 34800 + Grade pay – Rs.4800) or 15 years in pay matrix 44900 – 91400 (Pre-revised 9300 – 34800 + Grade pay – Rs.4600).
For Assistant Manager in System & Database Admin/Software Development – Employees working in central government / Equivalent in other PSU’s holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department with 10 years of regular service in Pay matrix 44900- 91400 (Pre-revised 9300- 34800 + Grade pay – Rs.4600).
Three years Graduation in Science / Four years degree in Engineering/Technology from an Institute recognized by Govt. recognized Institute / University as approved by AICTE / UGC. A Master’s degree in Computer Applications is preferable.
Experience-
Software Development– Working experience in Software Development & Implementation in Java, Software Development, e-Governance projects, Working knowledge of Android, Python, AI-ML, IoT system projects, Software Management/Procurement & Inventory Management, and Tender and Contract Management are desirable.
System Administration– Working experience in System Administration in Servers, Database Administration/Information Security, Network & Network Security Administration, Linux Administration, Data Center Operations and Infra Management/IT procurement & Inventory Management, Software Development & Implementation in Java, working knowledge of Android, Python, AI-ML, IoT system projects, Tender and Contract Management are desirable.
Selected candidates will be paid as parent organization with deputation allowance and project allowance at 10% of Basic Pay each Or equivalent cadre IDA pays scale in CMRL with IDA, HRA, and Cafeteria Allowance at 20% of Basic Pay).
