CMTI Recruitment 2022: The Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI) in Bangalore is a self-contained R&D institute under the Ministry of Heavy Industries in the Government of India. CMTI has developed Special Purpose Machines, Inspection Systems, Test Rigs for Product Qualification Testing, Tooling, and Complex Machined Parts for the public and private sectors over the last six decades. Nanotechnology, Precision Engineering, Metrology (Micro and Nano), Additive Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Vision and Image Processing, Digital Design, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Smart Manufacturing, and Human Resource Development are the Institute’s current areas of focus.
CMTI is hiring qualified candidates for Non-Engineering Graduate Apprenticeship Training (B.Com/ B.A/ B.Sc.). under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Regulations, through the web portal, www.mhrdnats.gov.in for the following disciplines (Amendment) rules 2019 (as amended from time to time), for the fiscal years 2022 – 23, for a one-year period. Interested candidates should review the job description and apply using the link provided in the official notification. The walk-in interview date will be on Tuesday, 15th November 2022 and Wednesday, 16th November 2022.
Candidates are requested to apply for the job posts before the deadline. No application shall be entertained after the stipulated time/ date. Incomplete applications and applications received after the specified time/ date shall be REJECTED. Candidates who have successfully passed the qualifying Degree during/ after 2020 having secured a minimum of 55% marks in qualifying exams and
1. Not taken any training as part of an apprenticeship program
2. Not completed post graduation (e.g. M.Com/ M.Sc./ M.A./ MBA etc.,)
3. Not have any work experience of one year or more
4. Shall have a standard of fitness as prescribed in clause 4/ Schedule II of Apprenticeship Rules 1992, and amendments thereof, if any.
Note: No TA/DA will be paid to applicants for attending the document verification/ selection/ joining process. Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for stay, if required, during this process.
Interested & eligible Candidates should register their names and bring all their original certificates/mark sheets, Govt. ID proof, Aadhaar, Bank passbook (Aadhaar linked account) with a self-attested photocopy of each of it and a recent passport-size photograph along with the duly filled Application Form between 9:00 to 10:00 hrs on the following days as listed above, failing which they would not be allowed to appear for the selection process/ interview.
