Overview:

Siemens is hiring an experienced Process Expert – Purchase to Pay at their Bangalore location. You will monitor daily clearing and research of ICC AR/AP GL Accounts, GL Reconciliations of ICC Intercompany Accounts and reconciliation of SAP ICC Open items with Finavigate (ICC AR/AP).

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Request debit runs for uncollected ICC AR.
• Monitor daily ICC AR invoices in error or payment block.
• Work directly with Cash management, Customer BU, & Open IMS tickets as needed.
• Monitor daily ICC AP discrepant invoices, resolution, customer escalations, & creation of IT support tickets.
• Review and update status of ICC disputes by financial divisions and participate in daily internal dispute calls.
• To keep escalation contacts, including controllers, informed of dispute status.
• Customer service escalation contact for business customers.
• During month-end closing- extended hours are expected.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in Commerce
• Experience required: 3-5 years in ICC Bookings
• Good interpersonal communication, proactive, self-motivated, and motivating, result oriented, good oral and written communication.
