Overview:

Pfizer is hiring an experienced Manager, Financial Analysis, Digital Finance at their Mumbai and Chennai locations. This Manager role is a hands-on technical role responsible for developing financial reporting visualizations leveraging on-premise and AWS cloud platforms, and delivering new/next-gen features using innovation by building fast-track proof of concepts and industrializing the solution build.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build integrated solutions on a consistent foundation architecture and manage interdependencies with other Digital solutions to create a world-class end-user experience
• Design and Implement data models to support large scale business intelligence reporting, including creation of attributes, facts, and metrics
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve system performance and end-user functionality
• Drive Operational efficiencies through continuous improvements

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• 5 years experience with demonstrated experience working in development and/or support teams
  • Strong understanding of .NET Framework, .NET Core, or ASP.NET is crucial for a .NET architect/ developer. This includes knowledge of C#,
    Visual Basic .NET.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must for any front-end developer.
  • Experience with ReactJS and Angular is essential. This includes understanding the principles of these frameworks, as well as practical experience in building applications with them
  • Knowledge of how to consume RESTful APIs is important
• Experience with database technologies (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, Aurora)
• Experience with ETL Tools (AWS Glue, Informatica, Talend, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills in building customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and or in a global team setting across time zones.

Preferred Qualification:

• In depth knowledge of Cloud technologies
• Pharmaceutical life science domain experience
• Exposure to Finance reporting applications
• Exposure to DevOps processes
• AWS certification
• Familiar with SDLC/Agile methodologies
