CPCL Recruitment 2023: Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) invites applications from young, self-motivated, and energetic persons of Indian Nationality for the position of Senior Manager in Corporate Communication. According to the official notification released by CPCL Recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy. The maximum age for applying for this post is 45 years. Candidate should have acquired Post-Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Journalism with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution.
Candidate must possess a minimum of 12 years of Post qualification experience in Public Relations in the areas of Corporate Communication / Mass Communication / Social – Media / Press & Media Release / Publication of Journals / Media Relations / Guest Relations / Event Management / Stake Holder Relations / Brand Building / Visual Communication functions in a Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking or Large Private Company. Work experience in the areas of developing and implementing brand image-building strategy, managing & building relationships with print & visual media, editing & publishing in-house magazines/newsletters /journals/ articles /press releases, etc., organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, etc., proactive relationship with internal & external stakeholders and creative writing.
Candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 90,000-2,40,000/- on basic pay of Rs. 90,000 /- (Rupees ninety thousand only) in the Grade D Supervisory cadre, subject to medical fitness.
Besides Basic Pay, Industrial pattern of DA, HRA, Cafeteria, Conveyance Maintenance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, LFA (lumpsum) / LTC, Reimbursement of Medical expenses for Self and dependents, and other benefits including Superannuation benefits would be provided according to the rules of the Corporation.
The selection shall be made through a Personal Interview. Candidates will be short-listed for Personal Interviews based on their qualifications, experience, and overall suitability. In receipt of larger several applications, CPCL reserves the right to short-list candidates based on qualification, experience, and overall suitability.
