CUET UG 2024: 72% of Candidates Appeared in First 2 Days of the CUET UG Exam
CUET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency has started CUET UG 2024. The exam has been scheduled from 15.05.2024 to 24.05.2024. The exam will be held in 3 shifts. NTA postponed the CUET UG 2024 exams for Delhi Centres only but the rest of the centre exam dates remained the same. The exam will be conducted in multiple shifts for 63 test papers at various examination centres in 380 cities including 26 cities abroad. Around 13.48 Lakh candidates register for CUET UG 2024.
On Thursday, 27.29% of 13.48 Lakh candidates appeared in the exam and there was 44.71% of 13.48 Lakh candidates appeared in the exam on Wednesday. The special thing is that 28% of students have to appear in the remaining five days of examination. University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman Professor M Jagadish Kumar said that the first hybrid examination of CUET UG for graduation degree examination has been successful across the country. On Friday, the third day under CUET UG 2024 there will be a pen-paper-based examination for Geography, Physical Education, Business Studies and Accountancy. 1.93 lakh students will appear in Business Studies, 1.80 lakh in Accountancy, more than 83 thousand in Geography and more than 81 thousand in Physical Education.
