SIDBI Recruitment 2025: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is looking for eligible and experienced candidates for the post of Associate Manager-Financial Inclusion and Theme Leader – Gender and Financial Literacy contractual on a full-time basis. Based on the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025, The maximum age limit is 35 years to apply for the post of Assistant Manager and the maximum age limit is 40 years to apply for the post of Theme Leader. As stated in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025, the place of posting will be New Delhi/ Lucknow. However, the bank reserves the right to post the incumbent at other centers as the bank may decide from to time.
The candidate must be a citizen of India. The applicants will be appointed initially for a period of 2 years. However, need-based renewal/extension of the contract may be considered by SIDBI subject to periodic review of performance. The candidates will be selected on the basis of a personal interview. Applicants must have a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/Commerce/Economics/Business Management/Rural Management and/or any other relevant areas from a recognized university/institution.
Any additional qualification, in a related field would be given preference.
Demonstrated technical expertise in the design and implementation of programs of a development nature with at least 3-5 years experience.
Understanding of social development preferably i/r/w enterprise creation, skilling and social entrepreneurship.
Additional experience in managing large-scale livelihood and enterprise-related projects would be given preference.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
For Theme Leader – Gender and Financial Literacy-
Applicants must have a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/Commerce/Economics/Business Management/Rural Management and/or any other relevant areas from a recognized university/institution.
Any additional qualification/PhD, in a related field would be given preference.
At least 5 years of work experience with reputed development agencies/ NGOs/ consultancies/ Government departments/Bodies/MFIs.
Excellent command of English and Hindi language; ability to write effectively for various audiences under pressure, with tight deadlines in a rapidly changing organizational environment with attention to detail.
Strong project management and organizational skills. Capacity to follow up systematically and efficiently on a broad set of initiatives and decisions. Self-starter with a strong drive for results with the ability to work independently and diligently, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Analytical skills in gender issues and ability to provide well-grounded, quality analytical inputs with pragmatism and a focus on results.
Ability to learn quickly, synthesize technical material and distil in a user-friendly manner for multiple audiences. Creativity, with the ability to visualize and distil data.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with counterparts both inside and outside the SIDBI, including from Governments, civil society organizations, academia and the private sector.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, contribute productively to the team’s work and output and demonstrate respect for different points of view.
Strong personal commitment to gender equality.
Tenure for SIDBI Recruitment 2025:
According to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025, the engagement is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be appointed for a period of 02 years. However, need-based renewal/extension of the contract may be considered by SIDBI subject to periodic review of performance.

Selection Process for SIDBI Recruitment 2025:
As per the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2025, a personal interview will be used to select the candidates. SIDBI will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview.
Merit List-
Merit list for selection shall be prepared in descending order of scores awarded by the Selection Committee in interview only. In case more than one candidate obtains the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates shall be ranked according to their age and seniority in the descending order of merit.
Wait List-
SIDBI reserves the right to generate wait lists of eligible candidates found suitable for appointment by the Selection Committee and to consider such wait-listed candidate(s) for appointment in case the preferred candidate does not join and/or in the event of attrition.
