CUET UG 2024: Exam records 78% to 81% Attendance May 29; NTA holds exam in Germany for 1 candidate

CUET UG 2024: The National Test Agency (NTA) held the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 today, May 29, for exam centres in Delhi, Kanpur, Goa, Indore, Siwan, and Silchar that had previously been postponed. The CUET (UG) 2024 was held in a hybrid mode (combining CBT and Pen and Paper) from May 15 to May 24 for 13.48 lakh candidates at 379 examination centres, including 26 locations abroad.

The CUET UG 2024 test papers for Chemistry (306), Biology (304), English (101), and General Test (501) were administered today at various centers in Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida, and Ghaziabad, with roughly 1.52 lakh students participating. The attendance ranged from 78% to 81% throughout the several test papers.

The CUET UG 2024 Knowledge Tradition and Practices in India – 316 (KTPI) paper was given in Computer-Based Test (CBT) format today, with some specific subjects given offline to affected candidates in Kanpur, Indore, Goa, and Siwan. Candidates from Silchar, Assam, applied for Bengali and Environmental Studies.

CUET UG 2024 May 29 Exam: 1.58 lakh applicants participated

• The CUET UG 2024 examination ended in all cities domestically and internationally, with the exam time reduced from 34 days last year to 8 days this year. Around 1.58 lakh applicants took the CUET (UG) 2024 May 29 exam, which consisted of seven test papers in total.

• According to NTA, special arrangements have been established for a single candidate living in Germany to take the CUET (UG) – 2024 test papers in Chemistry (306), Biology (304), English (101), and General Test (501), with help from the Consulate General of India, Frankfurt, Germany.
