Candidates applying for Defence Civilian recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For Stenographer Grade II- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level 4 (Rs 25500- 81100)

For Cook- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level 2 (Rs 19900- 63200)

For MTS (Head Manager, Messenger, Safaiwala, Chowkidar, Washerman, Daftry and Gardner)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level 1 (Rs 18000- 56900)

Qualification for Defence Civilian Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for Defence Civilian recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Stenographer-

• 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Diploma/Course of Stenographer.
• Dictation– 10 minutes @30 words per minute.
• Transcription– 50 Minutes (English), 65 Minutes (Hindi) on the Computer.

For MTS (Head Messenger)-

• Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Should have knowledge of Indian cooking and proficiency in trade

For MTS (Messenger, Safaiwala, Chowkidar, Washerman, Daftry and Gardner)- 

• Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Desirable– Conversant with the duties of the respective trades

Selection Procedure for Defence Civilian Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. The date of the written test/skill test will be intimated to eligible candidates separately.

The written examination will consist of General Intelligence, Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude, English Language & Comprehension. Skill test will be conducted only for those candidates who will get selected in the merit list in the written examination (the standard of questions will be class 10th /12th as per essential education qualification of respective post).
