Salary for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

Selection Process for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

As per RCFL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the positions of Officer, Senior Officer, and Manager at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is through personal interview. All eligible candidates will be provisionally called for a personal interview, and the interview call letters will be sent through email to the email address provided by the candidates in their online application form.

Eligible outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and fro III tier AC Train/Bus fare (restricted to III Tier AC fare) for appearing in the interview. The reimbursement will be done only for the correspondence address mentioned by the candidate in the application form, and the mode of reimbursement shall be through transfer to the bank account.

It is important to note that candidates will be called for a personal interview provisionally based on the information submitted by them in the online application form, and their candidature will be considered against the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement. The scrutiny of documents required to ascertain the eligibility criteria will be done before the personal interview, and candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria or not in possession of complete requisite original documents will be declared ineligible and not allowed to attend the personal interview. No queries will be entertained in this regard.

As per RCFL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the application process for the Officer/Sr. Officer/Manager positions at RCF Ltd. involve the following steps:

1. Eligible candidates need to apply online by visiting the RCFL website and navigating to the HR Recruitment section. While filling up the application form, candidates need to provide their personal and academic details such as age, date of birth, educational qualification, work experience, etc.
2. Candidates are also required to upload scanned copies of the documents in support of age, date of birth, educational qualification, work experience, recent photograph and signature.
3. Candidates must have the relevant documents/ details readily available with them at the time of filling the online application form. They should also keep in mind that the online application form requires details of payment of the processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (only for General, OBC, and EWS applicants), caste (in case of SC/ST/OBC applicants), and the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
4. There is no application processing fee for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates.
