Delhi CGST Issue Trade Circular for GST Reg Issue Mail ID as per CBIC Instruction 04/2025 Dated 02th May, 2025
The Delhi CGST department has issued a Trade Circular following CBIC Instruction No. 04/2025-GST dated May 2, 2025, handling complaints related to issues faced while doing GST registration. The instruction states that any applicant whose Application Reference Number (ARN) is assigned to the Central jurisdiction and who faces a grievance about queries or rejection grounds raised in violation of the said instruction may approach the jurisdictional Zonal Principal Chief Commissioner or Chief Commissioner for resolution.
In accordance with this directive, a dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) has been established within the Principal Chief Commissioner’s Office (PCCO), CGST & Customs, Delhi Zone. Taxpayers under the jurisdiction of CGST & Customs, Delhi Zone, who have grievances concerning new GST registrations, are advised to send their complaints to the designated email ID [email protected], which has been specifically created to overcome such issues.
This Trade Circular and the formation of the Grievance Redressal Cell have been issued with the approval of the Principal Chief Commissioner, CGST & Customs, Delhi Zone.
